Minister Haxhiu points to a new decision on Radicovici's Willa and assets related to the Banjska case

She has said that the Property and Confiscated Management Agency has started identifying the assets mentioned in the order, including the villa considered to have been of chief terrorist Milan Radojcik.

“The Ministry of Justice, through officials of the Agency for Excusement and Confiscated Property Management, have begun implementing the eventual interim-scale Banjska Banjska Banjska Standing Order. ”

“The agency has begun identifying the assets mentioned in the above-mentioned Order, including the villa which was considered to have been the chief criminal, Milan Radojicic of the Ujman Lake in Zubin Potok and other assets, in accordance with the Law for the Management of Secured and Confiscated Property, and with the Court's Order. ”
