Analyst Halil Matoshi in a statement to Periscope praised that Kosovo Government must make moves for a quick solution to the dinar issue.
Kosovo's “government is running out of time, it needs a quick move towards a solution for the Serbian Dinari, as well as at least one step forward for association, in exchange for membership in the Council of Europe”, Matoshi told Periscopi.
While regarding holding early elections, Matoshi said that Prime Minister Kurti's goal is to buy out time, but that will not allow the international community.
“Kurti is prefering early elections to buy time but without these moves, I think the international community will not give the green light for elections”, Matoshi added.
We remember that at the summit in Brussels, the parties agreed to submit their proposals for the dinar by 22 March.
