The Law on Undiscovered Persons Soon in Public Consultation, Representatives Express Disillusioned

The Commission for Human Rights, Gender Equality, for Ungenerated Persons, Victims of Sex Violence of War and Petitions has met with representatives of the Government Commission for Missing Persons and the Co-ordination Council of the Family of Missing Persons. The latter expressed disappointment with the fate of the found, reports [...]
The chairman of the Government Commission, Andy Hoti, said 15 excavations were conducted in Kosovo during 2023.
We've managed to find the bones of 20 missing people in some of these locations, while some of these results are still pending. And 9 mortar remains in this process have been delivered to family members”.
Hoti has announced that this year they will work at four locations in Kosovo.
“As far as territory is concerned in Serbia, unfortunately only one country at a location Sarajevo has been digging that has had information and doubts that the bus carried”, Hoti said.
Hoti, announced that they have also sent letters to Serbian President Aleksandar Vuciqi to open archives in the Drenica area, but that has not happened.
On June 1st, we have sent letter to Vuciqi to open archives in the Drenica area, a tendency to get the EU market that Serbia is willing to work in that direction. There are archives, documents that are public that have been in the media we ask them to whitewash the fate of these persons or mass cemetery”, he said, while adding that the letter has been sent to two European Union representatives, Joseph Borrell and Miroslav Lajcak. The latter, Hoti said, has been asked why there is still no excavations in Serbia.
“We have requested information on 16 locations that exist, another 11 locations we continue to ask for in Serbia. In Novi Pazar we suspect that there are still people left in these locations the way they disappeared in the form of groupings. The EU's evolution has been needed, with paper for them to take on a conditioning role”, Hoti said.
Disillusioned by the fate of the found ones has also been voiced by the head of the Family Council, Ahmet Gajqevci.
The question of missing persons is painful and painful, no institution has done enough. The dinar issue for 24 hours is discussed, but not of missing persons who, fortunately, know Serbia” best, he said.
We found many people in the wells, the state slept, the location that the mayor mentioned to him are not new locations that remain of KFOR, investigations have not continued, the state is sleeping today is supposed to be finished, all arguments are in letters”, he said.
“Exposit of the undiscovered, very few MPs have visited, we have opportunities to do more, Vucinate the lie is making it real. The issue of the dead is postponed in Brussels, while the dinar issue becomes important, that is terrible. What I've seen and touched by hand is very difficult, either to work or to leave the entire”, he said.
While Vetevendosje Movement MP Fatmire Mulhrama-Kollcak invited citizens to submit their testimony.
“We encourage citizens to deposit evidence, we have what to say and document, as long as time has made it to itself”, she said.
Guilty to the issue of the found, the VV deputy also left the international factor, as the opposite would happen if the EU does not “migrate” to the Serbian president.
“To raise the voice because it is not right for a Serb to meet the Security Council, while in an attack on our country not to ask the Council meeting. We as a people are proud, the fault is not in us, we ask for help”, he said.
The lack of discussions with prosecutors, on the case of the missing persons by the Commission for Missing Persons, was considered negligible, while it was said to have called for a meeting with the Prosecutorial Council, and the ongoing harmonisation of the agenda is expected.
