Arten Behram, a journalist, has said Kurti will take Association to the Constitutional Court.
He bases it on what Kurt is promoting the Council of Europe as a huge achievement.
Consequently, Behrami says Kurti will lead the country to elections before the Constitutional Court's ruling.
I think Kurti will make a decision in Government and be sent to the Constitutional Court. Then, whether or not you expect the verdict, I'm not sure, but I believe it will go to the elections before there is a Constitutional Court ruling, Behram said.
