“Kosovo's Schumacheri”, caught by police driving at speeds of 231 km/h in the 120 area

A driver was fined 500 euros, five negative points and six months stopped driving, because in the area where the speed limit of 120km/h he drove at 231 km/h.

That's how the Kosovo Police announced through a Facebook post.

“Highway Control Unit in the area where speed limit is 120km/h has identified the driver by driving the vehicle at speed of 231 km/h, the same is fined $500, 5 points negative, and 6 months has been banned from operating motor vehicle”, the report says.
