Kastrati: Vetevendosje stole votes in Parliament

MP The PDK, Ardian Kastrati, has pressed grave accusations against the Parliamentary Group of the Vetevendosje Movement and the Government as well.

Kastrati has said the Law on School Texts has been smuggled by the main ruling party, saying 61 MPs have not participated in the vote.

Even Chairman Glauk Konjufca at the session cast doubt on whether there was enough votes to pass the bill”, Kastrati said.

He has therefore stressed that over 60 MPs have not participated in the vote, but exactly 60, meaning there was no quorum for the bill vote.

He also published a video of the session in question that there was no quorum.

The “in these images clearly stands out that more than 60 lawmakers did not participate in the vote, but their number is exactly 60 meaning not to meet the legal condition to be considered a fair vote. Despite this violation, the law was found to be voted for”, he said.

MP Kastrati has also spoken of Minister Arberie Nagavci, who said he would see what interest he is trying to pass a bill under his smuggling.

She has even produced mood episodes where only two VV deputies (with her presence) vote on the amendments, but without the presence of other deputies of office and opposition. Woe and comedy!
