Justice Ministry confiscated 31 transport tools Milan Radojicicqi

Justice Minister Albulen Haxhiu has said he has been confiscated by 31 vehicles of the Banjska attack organiser, Milan Radojicic, reports Online Economy.

Haxhiu has said these tools have been given to the Kosovo Police for use.

A short time ago, the Bureau for Confiscating and Drug Management has accepted the Court's decision to connect with the seizure of 31 transport tools that are linked to the case being investigated by the Special Prosecutor, that is, the Banjska case. So there are 31 confiscated tools and which the Ministry of Justice has given to the Kosovo Police in the use of needs it has”, she said.

“31 transport tools have been confiscated by Milan Radojicic by decision at the Ministry of Justice, the same have been given to the Kosovo Police for their needs. We're surprised that there's still no charge of chief criminal Milan Radojicic and his group after the attack in Banjska. I join the call that the prime minister, Serbia must extradite Milan Radojiciqi and his group, so that the same can be brought to justice because they have already been placed on the Interpol list”, Haxhiu has declared.

Haxhiu has announced on Wednesday that the implementation of the final temporary-scale halting order concerning real estate in the “Banjska” case.

She has said the Property and Confiscated Management Agency has started identifying the assets mentioned in the order, including the villa considered to have been Milan Radojicic's.
