Jordan, Iraq and Lebanon reopened their airspace Sunday after closing it late Saturday, when Iran launched attacks with fears and rockets against Israel.
Jordan state television, citing aviation authorities, said the country has resumed air traffic operations.
The aviation authority in Iraq said security risks have now been overcome, while authorities in Lebanon said this country's airport would resume after overnight closure activities.
Israel also said earlier that it has reopened its airspace.
Iran launched threats and rocket attacks against Israel late Saturday, in return for a deadly attack on its consulate in Syria on April 1st.
Iran accused Israel of carrying out this attack, but it did not confirm it or deny it.
Jordan, which extends between Iran and Israel, put in a state of readiness for its air protection, to capture any threat or missile that violates its territory, Reuters news agency reported, calling at two regional security sources.
Israel's Defence Force said 99% of Iran's drones and rockets collapsed before entering Israeli airspace.
American President Joe Biden said the US helped Israel that “knocked down almost all”.
The UK deployed its fighter aircraft in the region. / REL/
