Commission Chairman Time Kadrijaj said only PDK deputy Ariana Musliu-Shoshi has indicated the reason for her absence until other LV deputies have not given their reasons, despite they have been e-mailed and over the phone.
The commission consists of 11 members, Life Statovci, Ariana Musliu Shoshi, Gazmend Grandpanica, Haxhi Avdyli, Hisen Berisha, Time Kadrijaj, Arbene Kryziu-Hyseni, Victory Pacoli-Dalipi, Vlora Dumiti, Rzazarta Kryeziu, etc.
The proposal for the establishment of this commission had come from PDK deputy Ariana Musliu-Shoshi, under which, the reason for the establishment of this commission, is to investigate all the degradations that were made in the MPJD, including the recruiting procedures, staff appointments, transfers and other issues.
In the proposal for this commission, which the Parliament had approved on March 7, 2024, 16 more questions are listed for which this commission will focus on its work.
Questions require an answer to what legal basis the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Diaspora's fusion of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has become, on what legal basis the arrangements for engagement of foreign advisers have been made, on what legal basis have been ruled out by diplomats accepted contests in 2011, on what legal basis diplomats have been transferred from one mission to another, have the criteria been met for transferring public officials to leadership positions in MPJD, how the transfers within MPJD have been carried out, whether legal deadlines are respected by the Commission of the Grada and other discipline and questions.
