This was the third meeting of this commission because the first two failed in the absence of quorum. Members of this commission demanded that the commission's budget be submitted and then discussed. Experts who will handle the witness list were also asked to be appointed. The work plan was voted in after there was a quorum.

The MP from the AAK ranks, Time Kadrijaj, in the quality of the Commission chairman said that on the basis of previous practices, experts are also selected.

“Experts must be wet and know work and selectable. We will approve the report of this investigative commission but also that they will be of great help to us during our work. I hired everyone's comments. I propose to vote with the possibility of fulfillment and change”, Kadrijaj said.

Kadrijaj said we should also talk about the budget, as we have to engage experts.

It's good to have two experts adjourn, make a budget plan, and send this request to the Investigative Commission for budget approval to include the budget for the commitment of two experts. So let the staff handle this matter”, Kadrija said.

Parliament officials said the draft budget demand is ready but did not bring it because it was not in the agenda.

MPs from the ranks of the Democratic Party of Kosovo, Arjana Musliu Shoshi, said they should have the list of witnesses priority.

It's a priority to even pass a witness list. I think that as a commission should hand over the names, the scope, it would be good to set up today or bring the names that will be witnesses on this committee and treat them at the next meeting”, Shoshi said.

The chairman of the commission, Kadrijaj, was hired.

It was also decided that the next meeting will be held Tuesday at 1500.
