The Investigative Commission for one-man contracts, Bajrami: The government is afraid.

Two opposition parties in the Kosovo Assembly, The PDK's LDK, they have said that considering the large number of government-signed stem contracts, it is necessary to form the Parliamentary Investigative Commission to investigate these contracts.

Of these parties have indicated that the failure to support the resolution in the Assembly, where the formation of this Commission was envisioned, shows that the ruling party has something to hide. Business representatives, meanwhile, have said the large number of these contracts harm the budget and fair competition.

The chairman of the Commission for Public Finance Supervisor, Hykmett Bajrami, has said that the VV's not backing the Investigative Commission shows that the government is afraid, and that according to it is an additional indicator for the State Prosecutor to start investigating these contracts.

“Non-refundance eventually shows that the Vetevendosje Movement and their government in power have something to hide, first leaving the debate when we had an argument about secret contracts or negotiations without publishing the contract announcement. She has said the opposition has even an option for forming this Commission, so collecting 40 signatures of MPs.

The LDK MP has added that the amount of these contracts is over 200m euros and that there are over 780 central-level contracts.

Public Finance Supervisor Commission member Hajdar Beqa has said there are hundreds of millions of euros that this government has linked to these contracts, one stem, and, according to him, as the opposition has seen the need to create thisHetimative Commission.

Then we have seen as the opposition that it is necessary to establish an Investigative Commission based on the law for parliamentary investigation and the regulation of the Parliament, and there has been no such precedent in the past that the majority to hinder the establishment of the Commissions. I think it's imperative whether we are for transparency and our citizens on days as managed or how public money or their sweat is being exploited, I think the Investigative Commission is necessary”, he said.

MP The PDK has stressed that the majority should pave the way for the Commission's creation, as according to him, this does not happen they are hiding “hein”.

“I don't know why it's hiding from this, we when we talk about contracts or a stem is alarming their number, it's alarming values that are linking contracts. If we translate a little more simply that, with Kosovo's citizen understanding of what a single-surreme contract, it would be that in this case a relevant ministry or a relevant agency, some relevant public company would call a company, which it recognizes and did shopping in four eyes at the cost of a job. I need to reflect the majority that as soon as the Investigative Commission is established and these one-surreme contracts can be highlighted because I don't know why the current government needs to hide budget abuses. Kosovo Business League Chairman Besart Deresaj has said that with the signing of such a high number of these contracts being wronged competition and also damaging companies that are serious.

The fact that Kosovo's Constitution prohibits monopoly in Kosovo and the very fact that legislation in power has clearly seen what one stem contract should be and those contracts are which endanger the country's security and must be confidential. So these other things that are signed or are still signed, I think that even competent organs will give you your word. As for the aspect of economic development and businesses, I can say, it's done without justice to competition, and above all, companies that are serious because they don't want to have any political communication, but they want to be correct and strict.
