So said Arlinda Rexhepi, police spokeswoman.
She made it known that a car and a stray dog were involved in the accident.
“With the date 23.04.2024 around 16:30 on the Rugova highway, direction Prizren, a traffic accident involving them has been a vehicle and an animal (a wanderer). As a result of the accident, only material damage to” has been caused, she said.
