Hyseni: Self - determination is the weather corrupter

Member of PSD, Zgjim Hyseni, says that Vetevendosje was corrupted the day it gave up thought, writes Periscope.

He said in a Facebook post that VV was corrupt in the weather and that:

VV is the weather corrupter
