Hoxhaj: Kosovo being led by Hashim Thaci has been a factor of Balkan peace

He has also indicated that the Serbian delegation during the negotiations had insisted that Serbs in Kosovo have a political and religious autonomy, but “Ahtisaari has been determined not to happen”.

“Ahtisaari has preserved the character of the reality of Kosovo, since it has enabled Albanians to live their will for a sovereign and independent state and has offered solutions to the Serb community without undermining the functionality of the state of Kosovo”, potencoi Hoxhaj.
