The country's prime minister, Albin Kurti, has declared that he will secure votes for the Civil Code, where marriage of the same gender is allowed and that he plans this bill to pass during May.
Regarding this statement from Kurt for Blic newspaper,The theologian and Hoxha of Elez Khan, Nusret Shiti.
He said adopting this code from Kurti is his most wrong political step in years of government.
This very persistent insistence of Kurt's on adopting this code is his most wrong political step in these years of government. Declaring for family protection and then going out with this campaign is a contradiction of its kind. If his commitment was in full resolution of social and urgent problems, it would be much better than that he found it urgent to adopt the code for marriage between the same gender”, he said.
He also said this bill is for human extinction and as a phenomenon against any religion.
This code is pro-human extinction, and as such this phenomenon has been in conflict with all cultures and religions throughout the entire history”, he said.
The theologian Shiti said it would be a bad thing for the government to leave our people Kurti.
