In its account at “X”, Haradinaj-Stubla wrote that each action of our institutions towards the establishment of the alleged association outside Article 44 damages Kosovo, transmits Telegrafi.
Not the Council of Europe, but neither NATO nor the EU, much less the deuity of Serbia NO ONE would be a victory for Kosovo if the price is its internal defunction through Association (with competencies outside Article 44 of the Constitution), any action of our institutions towards establishing the alleged association outside Article 44 ) even sending the draft to the Constitution seriously damages the future of the Republic of Kosovo”, it stated.
Haradinaj points out that Kosovo has carried out this obligation in 2015.
Kosovo carried out this obligation in 2015, when Serbia too was reconciled to the authority of the Constitutional Court of Kosovo, which rejected the concept of this association and instructed institutions to implement a version that does not come out of Article 44 (other than 44)”.
