Hamza on the dinar case: We shouldn't surprise international partners

The candidate of the Democratic Party of Kosovo for prime minister in the upcoming elections, Bedri Hamza, has said the Kosovo Dream Bank's decision on the dinar has been legitimate. But, according to Hamza, the Kosovo government should not surprise international partners.

According to Hamza, the timing of law enforcement should be seen so that all citizens can plan their steps.

I don't need to surprise our partners, to take action without a clear plan, to find the moment when decisions should happen. Based on what's seen, and what happened then, it's seen that it was a decision like the majority that had to be discussed, and I'm aware, that decisions are sovereign, the law has to be implemented, and it has to be applied as well, given the timing of the applications, that citizens have the opportunity to make their plans and not put themselves in an unpleasant situation”, Hamza said at RTV Dukajni.
