The Constitutional Court's “Panel consists of judges Vidar Stansland, Rumen Nenkov and Romina Inquisti. On April 8th, the preliminary procedure judge ordered the continuation of Sabit Januzi's detention and Haxhi Shala”, said TSK spokesman Michael Doyle.
According to him, preliminary procedure judge Nicolas Guillou has found that there is a danger of obstructing the judicial process as well as escape for the two accused.
“He found the two accused that there is still danger of escape, obstructing the judicial process, as well as the risk of committing other crimes, especially given that with the performance of the process of extracting materials, the accused have more access to sensitive”, he said.
In the same court case, however, the Constitutional Court panel has been appointed regarding the request to protect those accused of rejecting changes in the Jurdice Assistance Order by the Administrative Office.
“In the court case Sabit Januzi, Ismet Bahitari and Haxhi Shala, head of Specialised Chambers, appointed the Constitutional Court panel to decide on the reference request of the accused with whom they oppose changes to the Jurydical Assistance of the Administrative Office. The Constitutional Court panel consists of judges Vidar Stansland, Rumen Nenkov and Romina Inquiti. On April 8th, the Prosecution Judge ordered the continuation of Sabit Januzi's detention and Haxhi Shala”, Doyle said.
