The Foundation Court in Pristina, the Randa Crime Department, has ruled in the criminal case against indictees J.T., E.G. and L. The M-S, because in co-ordination they have carried out criminal work misuse of official position or authority in Fushe Kosovo.

Courts of the accused were also pronounced additional sentences against the ban on holding office in public administration or on public service for three years, which are banned after serving a prison sentence.

Each single individual is charged with paying the criminal procedure's expenses according to the court's final account and in the name of the judiciary in many of the 150 euros, as well as on behalf of the Fund for compensation of crime victims, in many of the 50 euros so that the total amount of 200 euros, is obliged to pay within 15 days of the inefficiency of this act.

Those injured in implementing property legal demand are instructed in regular law-civilal disputes. Disgruntled parties are eligible for complaint at the Kosovo Court of Appeals, through the Foundation Court in Pristina.
