French Ambassador: Respecting Constitutional Values Key to an Effective Legal State

France's Ambassador Olivier Guerot has congratulated Kosovo on Constitutional Day.

He has said that respecting values and provisions, as well as independence of Constitutional Court decisions, is the key to an effective legal state.

“welve Kosovo Constitution Day! Respecting the values and provisions of the Constitution, independence and decisions of the Constitutional Court, such as the final authority for its interpretation, is the key to an effective legal state. In Kosovo as in any other democratic state”, it has written on the X Guerot platform.
