Vlora can now be called the city of all annual tourism. Although we are in April, the warm weather caused the beaches there to be filled with visitors.
Meanwhile, tourist operators say the number of reservations compared to last year is 20% higher so far.
But increasing the number of tourists has brought about increased property prices in the coastal town.
That is as foreigners are still interested in buying apartments in the area. The square meter price of which currently stands at 2,500,3500 euros.
But according to the head of Vlora's Chamber of Commerce, the price may increase even more, reports the TCH.
The most demand for property comes mainly from Kosovars, Italians, but Germans.
