Environmental organisations disappointed by Kurti address MPs- seek to annul this Aliu minister's directive

Through this call, environmental organisations have called for their attention and intervention to cancel the administrative directive for Environmental Permission issued by Environment Minister Lieburn Aliu, who, in their opinion, excludes the public from participation in decisions affecting them, and gives full authority to Minister Aliu to decide on the exploitation of Kosovo's natural resources.
This call and intervention of MPs is critical at this moment, since today it has been a month since 50 non-governmental organisations from Kosovo, as well as the organisation to protect rivers from Austria Riverwatch, sent an open letter to Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti to intervene and annul this directive, but that one month the prime minister is silent and ignoring this powerful call from 50 organisations, even though his office has conspired that this administrative directive contains constitutional rights violations”, the announcement reportedly sent to the media.
Environmental organisations have added that they remain deeply disappointed by Prime Minister Kurti's decision to remain silent after these violations, as they say of fundamental rights, despite promises he has given and continues to do for the protection of Kosovo.
It reminds Prime Minister Kurti that Kosovo is the land, water, and all natural resources that Minister Ali has already brought under control”.
