The Ministry of Commerce, which is led by Roseta Hajdari, has spent only 44% of the budget for capital investment, the Finance Ministry, which is led by Hekuran Murati, has spent 52% of the budget. The Health Ministry, led by Arben Vitita, has spent 51% of its budget on capital investments, the Ministry of Culture, which is headed by Hajrula Ceku, has spent 54% of the budget, the Ministry of Return, which is led by Nenad Rassic, has spent only 42% of the planned capital investment budget.
The Justice Ministry has spent 51% of the budget for capital investments, Environment Minister Lieburn Aliu has spent 63% of the planned budget for capital investments, while Agriculture Minister Faton Peci has spent 64% of the budget for capital investments, reports Front Online.
