A woman in Ainan in her mid-70s was taken to the hospital after she collapsed, according to a local fire department.
In Sukomo, plans are under way to open 10 evacuation centers. The Meteorological Agency first reported that the quake was 6.4 magnitude, but later revised the figure and declared 6.6 richter, writes Japan Times.
