Adopted the Credit Agreement Ratification Bill in the middle of the Republic of Kosovo, represented by the Ministry of Finance, Labour and Transfers, and the Council of Europe Development Bank ( BZZKE) for the “Social Residence Adocated” Project. The loan agreement totals the total value of 25m euros. The main objective of this project is to develop the social residence management system in Kosovo, and to increase the number of social residential units in the country.

It gave its opinion about the legislative Initiative for “the Kripto-Assets Bill”. Beyond specific comments by the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Government of the Republic of Kosovo finds that such a bill is necessary, necessary to harmonise this sensitive sphere with EU legislation, and in light of that, recommends the Parliament to adhere to EU principles in the sense of licensing, protection of consumers and prevention of market abuse in this area.

The purpose of this bill is to ratify the agreement on recognition of the professional qualifications of nurses, veterinarian surgeons, pharmacists and midwives reached in October last year. This agreement has been reached in the Berlin Process in the middle of the six Western Balkan states in Tirana.

The Podujevo municipality has addressed the demand for industrial park creation. Following estimates by the Agency for Investment and Support of Enterprises in Kosovo (KIESA), the Ministry of Industry, Intervention and Trade has brought the decision to establish it. With this Industrial Park, the physical environment with support infrastructure is created for local and international businesses; we influence the withdrawal of new investments; the capacities of existing industrial companies expand; new opportunities for access to the labour market are provided; and we impact local production and consumption. The real estate founded by the industrial and technological Park in the country called Livadica, the Podujevo municipality is registered on behalf of the Podujevo municipality and is on the surface of 29810m m2.

The government of the Republic of Kosovo, represented by the Ministry of Finance, Labour and Transfers, has negotiated a loan agreement with Saudi Development Fund for the Pristina Magics Project ♫ Mitrovica. The total amounts to nearly 17m euros, of which about 13m euros are loans borrowed from the Saudi Development Fund, and 4m euros are contributing to our government. The purpose of this project is to connect the capital with the towns of Vushtrri and Mitrovica, while implementation will be made by the Ministry of Environment, Space Planning and Infrastructure.

According to the Ministry of Industry's proposal, entrepreneurship and trade with the concept of the artisan field, the new law will serve the principle of promoting sustainable economic growth. With this concept-document will have a positive impact on the enterprise sector. This included professional skills and the possibility of developing artisan sector businesses, supporting the production and delivery of services in this area.

Change and Fulfill Government's No. 0524, August 14, 2020. This completion is being made for the reshuffle of the National Economic and Investment Council. We are committed to establishing the mechanism for public-private dialogue, including all acts that can and are tasked with contributing to economic development in the Republic of Kosovo. Facing the Investment and Export Agency that the Government aims to establish in the Office of the Prime Minister, this Council will be among the essential tools for building the necessary dialogue for advancing our economy.

I allocated 200 thousand euros to the Prime Minister's Office, respectively, for the needs of the Bureau of Experts. This office will facilitate the efficient commitment of experts to projects in various fields. In addition to this immediate benefit, the initial financing scheduled for this office will mark the start of a stable unit. This unit will serve as a source for providing expertise for our Government, increasing institutional capacity for efficient planning and implementation of projects.
