“Today was legally confirmed that the Disciplinary Commission's decision for “to leave civil service” was arbitrary, scandalous and illegal with procedural violations and in the absence of relevant evidence. As for the assessment that an internal procedure had to be followed by the official responsible for signalling, I consider that I have acted in full compliance with the legislation in force, informing the institution's carriers from the lowest level to the highest level. Honored media representatives,

Dear friends, friends and family,

For the sake of correctness, I announce that by the date, February 14, 2024, I have submitted the complaint to the Independent Council of Kosovo Civil Service Supervisor (KPMSHCK), while today I accepted the decision of this body that has granted legitimate rights to my complaint.

Today it was legally confirmed that the Disciplinary Commission's decision for “out of civil service” was arbitrary, scandalous and illegal with procedural violations and lack of relevant evidence.

As for the assessment that an internal procedure had to be followed by the official responsible for signalling, I consider that I have acted in full compliance with the legislation in force, informing the institution's carriers from the lowest level to the highest level. My official correspondents reflect in detail my opposition and conspiracy to respect legitimacy.

I warmly thank you all for standing next to me and my family and believing in me in the right and lawful way. I know that this situation has overburdened my parents, marriage mates, sisters, and children that during this period of time they were deeply affected and emotionally hurt.

I apologize to my spiritual family for the distress they experienced completely inexperienced, but I believe they have understood me because they know me well and even know that never in my life as I said white black or vice versa. So I've always been the same in all of the life and non-conforming challenges in principled attitudes.
