The deputy chairman of the Democratic League of Kosovo, Hykmete Bajrami, has returned a statement by Prime Minister Albin Kurti on the Constitutional Day occasion.
Along with this statement, Bajrami has published violations of the Constitution by the Government.
It has cited the Law for the Prosecutorial Council, intervention in the competencies of the Kamenica Community for Education Reform, the Law for Public Officials, the Law for the Salaries, the Law for the Co-ordination Measures of Fundamental Products in Special Trade Destabilisation, the dismissal of 8 members of the RTK Board, and the dismissal of five members of the Independent Council for the Kosovo Civil Service.
“” Who violates the Law is a criminal, who violates the Constitution is a supercommercial” saying by Albin Kurti, prime minister of these ministers”, wrote Bajrami.
