Milanovic reaffirmed his belief that negotiations for Albania's EU membership should have already been in the final phase, especially given the fact that the country is a member of NATO for 15 years. Also talked about the situation in Southeast Europe, where President Milanovic has confirmed that the Republic of Kosovo can count on Croatia's support for membership in the Council of Europe, the Express broadcasts.
