The Constitutional Court in Pec has approved the Constitutional Prosecutor's request in Pec, assigning the detention measure to the driver's 30-day term, who allegedly hit two children in the town of Pec on Sunday.
The news has confirmed for “Justice Trust”, case prosecutor Dorin Yunik.
Otherwise, during the day the spokesperson for the Basic Prosecutorship in Pec, Shkodran Nikci confirmed to “The Justice Vow” that the driver was under the influence of alcohol and that the same is the genocide of certain criminal acts.
