According to the prosecution, the defendant was wanted back home, but it was not found there and was still summoned by police officials, where Gjakova reportedly told “would appear on Monday”, but this had not happened and police officials had gone to his house and left the invitation to appear at the police station without success.

Even on April 15th, he had been searched for by the police but reportedly had been there, and his mother had accepted the invitation, and on April 16, he had been asked by the Investigation Unit but had not been found and had again received the invitation, which his mother had accepted.

In the Prosecutor's File, the defendant Gjakova was reportedly arrested at the border checkpoint in Vremica on 16 April evening.
