“Some countries that have recognised Kosovo will vote against KiE” What is the Montenegrin delegation's head warning?

The head of the Montenegrin delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe Political Commission, Maja Vukic, who voted against Dora Bakoyanni's report recommending Kosovo's entry into the KiE, said some representatives of countries that do not recognise Kosovo did not even come to the Commission session, warning that they would [...]
Vukicovic, who is deputy of the Democratic People's Party in Montenegro, has said there is no dilemma for her vote, because her position is not secret and has not changed.
My “Vota is also a reflection of the will of those people who voted for the election list that I was on, but also of all the other people from Montenegro who suffered oppression for three decades whose opinion was not important for the DPS-led regime”, she said.
Asked how the other members of the delegation reacted, she explains it was a vote for a political system where she is the only member, while her colleagues will be able to vote at the plenary session, where the statuteic opinion is officially voted, while the final decision is made by the Committee of Ministers.
“In this pursuit initiated by a part of the opposition, colleagues were very correct because they understood the manner of the delegation itself, which is composed of members of the government and opposition, where most of the cases were voted in different ways. This is my second term as head of the delegation to the SP. SE, I have never asked any of my colleagues how they voted, because the mandate is the MP's and each votes according to his conviction”, Vukic said.
Voicing that the DNP makes a full contribution to all the key issues that were voted into Montenegro's Parliament that contributed to the final unblocking of negotiations with the EU, which is the main strategic direction of the parliamentary majority, she stressed that the misuse is “subsisting” that supporting Kosovo's entry into any organisation is a condition for further progress in Montenegro.
If so, she says, countries that have not recognised Kosovo and still oppose Kosovo's entry into the Council of Europe would not be part of the EU.
“A large part of those countries' representatives did not come to the Commission's session either, warning that they would vote against the plenary session itself and we have reported that they would vote against some of the countries that have recognised Kosovo, but they are unhappy that Kosovo has not met two of the three main conditions for accession”, Vukic said.
