“The constitution was often violated by politicians, most frequently by Serbian List”

On the 16th anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo, Baraliu has isolated the violations this Serbian political subject makes the Constitution, in all denial of Kosovo's citizenship.

In order for Baraliu not to have that kind of problem, he appeals to the subordinates of this party to respect the Constitution.

Our Constitution is unfortunately on the four sides of the Republic of Kosovo, where more and less has been violated, and has not been properly respected, as it should by many, citizens, politicians, from others, so it is being violated especially by those who have not yet understood the role and importance of the state of Kosovo, I am speaking primarily of the Serbian List and any citizens of certain Serb communities that have not yet understood the reality that Kosovo is a state of all, that Kosovo is a democratic state, that we should respect the constitution and that it is good for everyone, so this is a defect, and that we should therefore eliminate the law of the Constitutional law and respect the future of the day, and that we have very little problems between us, and the less, the less, and the less, the more, the more and the more, the more, the more important ones that we have to say.

Baraliu has declared that often decisions have not satisfied citizens much but that it seeks to be respected as the most important state document remains.
