CEC discredits second group of 112 observers for voting in the north

The Central Election Commission has gathered today to discuss the voting process for, or the departure of mayors in four northern Kosovo municipalities. Leposaviq, Zubin Potok, Zvecan and North Mitrovica.
The CEC has approved voting and counting procedures, examined and adopted electoral forms, as well as members of decision councils.
Also, approval was made of the number of ballot papers. Based on the Voters' List, the number of voters in these municipalities is 46,556, while the CEC has decided to print 40,000 ballots, that is, 6.556 or 14.1 percent of voter ballots.
The number of accredited observers by the CEC is 130 who represent the media, non-government local organisations and diplomatic representation in Kosovo.
