Azemi for capital investments in ministries: The winning penalty among the disabled, Rizvanolli only 11%, passes the threshold

The LDK has continued to confront power for government statistics. Visar Azemi, a member of this party's leadership, wrote on Facebook for a “sonage” for the worst “administrations in realising capital investments during 2023”. Azemi wrote that Finance Minister Hekuran Murati is “offer in the race among the most disabled ministers”. [...]
Azemi wrote that Finance Minister Hekuran Murati is “offer in the race among the most incompetent ministers”.
The full submission of Wissar Azem:
As the power puffs up with the figures and percentages of the ordered polls, let's deal with the few numbers that spread the reality of this government. These figures are not ordered, but stem from the State Treasury, and reflect the inability of ministers to realise capital investments last year.
Let's go with “sondazzin” for the weaker ministers in realising capital investments during 2023. The best minister from the weaker ministers is that of Finance, Iron Murati, who has managed to realise a little more than half of capital investments, in addition to 52%. Murati, who loves the graphs that speak of the government's “successes, we also forgive this graph that brings out the winner in the race among the most disabled ministers. Second place is divided by 51% Arben Vitita of Health and Albulen Haxhiu of Justice. This pair have thought that the level of capital investment realisation should be the same as the party's percentage in the last elections, so they have believed they should accomplish only their electorate projects. In third place, without even achieving half of the capital investments, by 44%, is Roseta Hajdari of Commerce, of course assisted by Reed of Buk and Honey. Its percentage would be higher if it hadn't wasted too much time in the courts, if it wasn't so busy reasoning about the ministry and if there wasn't much work in the fight against business.
Near it with 42%, at fourth place is Minister for Communities and Return Nenad Rassic. He too would be better off if his boss let him deal with the north of the Serb community, but he didn't stop in the territory. Instead, in fifth place, not crossing the threshold, there is Economy Minister Artane Rizvanolli. This ranking presents a unique case in the region and the world as a power that praises itself for high economic growth has the economy minister someone who is struggling to achieve 11% of capital investments within a year. With that, Kosovo becomes the only state in the world to have economic growth so high with the implementation of minimum capital projects
