Today, the ZRE has made the decision to release electricity for 8% for those who spend over 800 kWh. A kilowatt hours on the blockade with the new decision has been released for 1.16 cents for the high fee, while for the night's fee, the discount is no cent. So the energy price for the high fee over the daily blockade was 14.45 cents and now it's 13.2 cents. The price of 6.81 cents was 6.27 cents for the low fee over the blockade.
