“The Directorate for Investigation of Economic Crimes and Corruption (DHKEK), respectively, has been informed that an ATK-intensive official allegedly misused the official official of office, where during the exercise of official duty at the Customs terminal in Mitrovica, he is suspected that from a citizen to procedure he has accepted a lot of money. ”

 

According to the Police's report, evidence has been provided that the suspected citizen with the goal of easing border control procedures had offered money to the ATK official.

“During operational and investigative work in co-operation, even with Border Police officials, in the area of the Customs terminal in Mitrovica, evidence has been provided that the male suspect, with the aim of easing control procedures, had offered money to the ATK official, who was found in his pocket and the same were temporarily seized as relevant material evidence for criminal work. ”

In the case, suspects have been associated with the interview, and after completing the procedures, they have been assigned the measure of a 48-hour police ban.
