The court ruled today that he must remain in custody at least until May 22nd.
The man is believed to be from Tajikistan, according to Russian news reports.
Late last month, 11 people, including four armed men, were arrested in connection with the incident.
At least 133 people died in the attack on the town of Crocus with a capacity of 6,000 people in Moscow's western suburb of Krasnogorsk, making it the second most deadly terrorist attack in Russian history.
