In the newly released report, Kosovo has received 38 points out of a total of 100, considered a transitional or hybrid regime.
This report also mentioned some of the corrupt relatives, one of which is close to state reserves, including Rosette Hajdari, Minister of Industry.
“The government itself Kurti faced a corruption scandal in 1923 involving uncountable state reserves, which are still under investigation” writes Freedom House on state reserves.
