French Ambassador Oliver Guerot has said that if Kosovo wants to win the vote in the Council of Europe, it seems to take concrete steps about the Association of Serb-run municipalities.
Among other things, Guerot says this step can be taken if Kosovo sends the draft association status to the Constitutional Court.
The president showed France's steadfast support of Kosovo from the first days, from the year HINA onward, and then a steadfast support for the European integration and the European institutions of Kosovo, where the Council of Europe is one of them”, French Ambassador to Klan Kosova said first.
Kosovo can do some things to increase the likelihood of winning this vote, and what should be done for our position is to take concrete steps towards establishing or establishing the association of Serb majority municipalities”.
The concrete step does not mean complete creation, is a step, something real, something concrete, and for me what I would say, something irreversible, something that can't be withdrawn once this job is done, what they all have in mind, I believe, referring to the draft association state that the EU has designed to send to the constitutional court in line with the proper procedures, Guerot said.
