In an interview on the Tv1Hadziu had said that Kurti Government is doing this for the first time, since, according to her, past governments have not implemented the Law on Electronic Supervision.
“Government Kurti will allocate the 3m-euro budget for implementation of the Electronic Supervision Law. No government has so far implemented this law, despite the fact that there have been years that the same law has been adopted in the Kosovo Assembly. Kurti government will quickly share the budget for implementation of this law and violators will be placed in hands or feet by bracelets for police to forward their whereabouts, and as soon as they approach the victim, there will be rapid police response”, Hadji said.

Where did promises of applying this law remain?
Three months ago, Minister Albulen Haxhiu faced a televised debate about the implementation of this Law.
She had a fierce debate with Kosovo Institute for Justice researcher (IKD) Gzim Shala. All the debate began when Shala asked Haxhi why this Law is not being implemented, since she now has power in her hands.
In the debate, Minister Haxhiu said 600 thousand euros have been allocated only to 2023 for electronic linkages, but she put her finger on her colleague, Jelal Svechla, minister of Internal Affairs and Administration.
Minister Haxhiu Said There were problems in procedure., for that must ask MPB.

As we know, this bill has budgetary implications. So perhaps the minister of justice will give us an answer as to whether the budget division for this bill was envisioned or what is the situation”, Hadziu declared his opposition to the VV.
