Aktakuze against 18 officials and farmers for subsidies

11 of them are official persons, and charges have been filed against them for criminal acts “Use of official position or authority”, “duty fraud”. Meanwhile, seven others are farmers against whom charges have been filed for criminal acts “Defeit with subsidies”.

According to the indictment, the value taken by the criminal act of taking bribes is about 17 thousand euros, while the damage caused by the Republic of Kosovo budget is about 100,000 euros.

The prosecution in the indictment has recommended the seizure of a residence and about 20 thousand euros of ready money, the pronunciation of full sentence, the ban on exercising office in public administration or in public service, and the order to compensate for the loss or damage caused by the Republic of Kosovo budget.

The “With these actions, there is a good suspicion that the high-ranking defendants have fulfilled the elements of the criminal acts described as the highest.
