The Constitutional Court in Pristina has sentenced the accused to 62 years in the case of 11-member violation, writes Periscopi.
Supervisors B. R, D. RR, B.S, M.S., F. S, M.R. has been convicted and sentenced by the tribunal, since they have committed the same alone criminal acts of Violence, so accused B. The RR has been sentenced to prison sentences for 12 years, while accused D. RR, B.S, M.S., F. S and M.R. have been sentenced in length of ten (10) years, each separately. Charged G.S. has been acquitted of impeachment for the criminal offence, defendant D. The RR has been acquitted of impeachment for a criminal offence in carrying out the criminal act of Violence, defendant F.S. has been acquitted of impeachment for the criminal act of assisting in carrying out the acts of rape, as well as the accused E.S. has been acquitted of impeachment for the criminal act of assisting in carrying out the criminal act of delinquency”, the Court reports.
