The Constitutional Prosecutor in Prizren has indicated that the suspect with the initial O. M has been assigned the 48-hour ban, as the same suspect has allegedly injured the former man in Dragash.
As the prosecution reports, until the wound has come after a preliminary dispute over the divorce process between his daughter and the suspects.
“suspect M.O., suspected of criminal acts “Tentim murder” by Article 172 concerning Article 28, and “withholding ownership, control or unauthorized possession of weapons” from Article 366 paragraph 1, according to the Penal Code of the Republic of Kosovo (KPRK)”, the statement said.
“Foundation Procurory in Prizren, against suspects O.M., within the legal deadline, will submit the request for the appointment of the detention measure”.
While, according to the Kosovo Police, the victim has been sent to the Prizren regional hospital for medical treatment.
