While Central Election Commission Chairman Kreshnik Radoniqi has announced that by 11:00, 46 people have voted in Leposaviq, seven in Zubin-Potok and 32 in North Mitrovica.
To dismiss the chairman, it takes 50 percent +1 of citizens on voter lists to vote in favour of the mayor's departure. But if 50 per cent no figure is reached during the vote, the initiative is considered to have failed and, according to administrative direction, a similar initiative can be undertaken only after 12 months.
