According to him, the government did not deal with the problems and conditions that have this category, and here it has cited the new pga law and low cofficiency according to SBASK for educators.
A report on the media says that SBASK on behalf of educational workers requires through paperwork that the value of the cofficient be not the one warned last year by the Minister Murati, if at least 130 euros, the Government did not care for this demand of ours and other unions, but decided on the value of making a ironic pay raise in education of only 28 euros, and this added the frustrations of employed in the sector and not only.
Full announcement:
The teacher's day is finding us with challenges, disappointment and hardship in the meeting with the union-level and university heads, would have to reign the festive atmosphere and proudly talk about Government commitments in the service of education and educational workers, from day to university, and about genuine dialogue about all the challenges and concerns.
But this atmosphere was absent because the blaming dialogue continues to be lacking. They continue to bring about decisions and to do hurtful things with their heads without sitting down and consulting other parties. That's how it's going to be done. Governments are still declared, and they do.
The SBASK on behalf of educational workers requires through paperwork that the value of the coeficator be not the one warned last year by the Minister Murati, if at least 130 euros, but the government did not care for this demand of ours and other trade unions, but decided on the value of 110 by making a ironic salary increase in education of only 28 euros, and this added to the frustrations of employees in this sector and not only.
The government, without consulting the other parties, decided on changes to the Law on State-funded pension schemes and, in spite of the unwillingness of denying the acquired rights of educational workers and thus, instead of facilitating life a little when they need it, the government makes life more difficult for those who for years and decades worked in education because they will receive pensions lower than those previously guaranteed by law.
The government did not make the Law for Health Insurance, nor did it make any commitments to working conditions in schools. Students and teachers in the 21st century continue to do the foaming and toes. They want, but with these conditions and this approach of the Government to education, high and desired successes by all of us cannot be achieved. The Albanian teacher's day and school is coming, but it is finding us with challenges, dissatisfaction and hardship
So much.
