(2 years ago)Witness Shaun Burns, in his wartime work reports in Kosovo, had written that he believed the Kosovo Liberation Army (UÇK) was an organisation with two leaders and had conflicts of control. These reports, the witness claimed to have written about, were read against [the] lawyer's questions....
These reports, which the witness claimed to have written down, were read against Hashim Thaci's lawyer, Luka Misetic, reports “Justice Bettim”.
“We're starting with the first paragraph from the middle where it says; while we try to be complete, this ratio is simply according to perceptions, perceptions. Before launching questioning, the witness was questioned by the victims' defense, lawyer Simon Laws, at private session for the public.
Although opposed by Misethic, the court approved the request to protect the victims from questioning this witness.
