Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti announced today that his government has asked the Kosovo Cadastral Agency to implement the Kosovo Constitutional Court's 2016 ruling on the ownership of the Decani Monastery, ending a long period of disagreement with Western diplomacy over the issue.
