Valon Syla, a journalist, has said in T7 on Tuesday that Interior Minister Jalal Svecla is not allowed to go to northern Kosovo without permission.

Later, analyst Sadri Ramabaja told Syla that “ai is propaganding”.
But Syla replied that “this is not propaganda”.
