In KFOR's announcement, Ulutas reportedly stressed that continued co-ordination and co-operation between KFOR and institutions in Kosovo and Kosovo security organisations are the key to lasting security, for the good of all communities living in Kosovo.
On the other hand, KFOR commander reportedly reiterated support for the dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia, mediated by the European Union.
“KFOR continues to implement its mandate based on UN Security Council Resolution 1244 in 1999 to provide a safe and secure environment for all communities living in Kosovo and freedom of movement at any time and impartially. ♪ KFOR is the third security reacter, behind the Kosovo Police and the EU Law Rule Mission (EULEX), with which we work in close co-ordination, respectively,”, says the report.
