And during the November-30th month of 2016 in Pristina, defendant Vojislav Zdravkovic, violating the applicable law regarding weapons or explosive matter, the stolen gun “Glock” sells to the person named Gani for a thousand euros. With this, he is charged with performing criminal work “port, export, supply, transport, production, mediation or unauthorized weapons sale” from Article 372 paragraph 1 of KPRK.
